Please note the 08.30pm finish on Monday is alternated with Wednesday evening.

During the extended opening times (weekdays between 7.30am and 8.00am and either Monday or Wednesday between 6.30pm and 8.30pm) the surgery is not contactable by telephone as these appointments are pre-bookable only.

We aim to see all patients within 48 hours of requesting an appointment. For this reason you will find it easier to book an appointment for routine or urgent matters on the day the appointment is required.

If you telephone 01202 525252 before 10.30 am you will be seen in the morning where possible by the nurse practitioner or doctor of choice. If you telephone between 10.30 am and 4.00 pm you will be seen where possible that afternoon by the nurse practitioner or doctor of choice.

There are, in addition, some appointments which may be booked up to 4 weeks in advance. Please note that your doctor may not be available on the same day and the same time each week. Please do not telephone the surgery with queries until after 10.00 am.

Please make an appointment either in person at the reception desk or by telephoning 01202 525252 between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm. The doctors run Surgeries offering 10 minute appointments. Please remember to let us know when you want to cancel an appointment as an awful amount of doctor and nurses time is wasted by patients just not turning up.

The surgery times and doctor availability are varied during the week between 8.00 am – 6.00 pm.
