Automated Booking Service

The Village Surgery now offers an automated way of booking, cancelling or checking your own appointments up to 24 hours a day.

You telephone the surgery as normal, and choose the option from the menu to use the Automated Booking Service. You will be given useful options to ensure that you get an appointment to suit your needs. One of the main benefits of this system is that you are able to telephone the surgery at any time – even when it’s closed! You can use this system to book appointments, cancel them when necessary or simply use it to check the time of your appointment.

All you need to use this new technology is a touch-tone telephone, your contact telephone number and date of birth.

When you telephone the surgery, select the option for the Automated Booking Service and then follow the simple instructions.

Remember – You can telephone the surgery 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Note - You must inform the surgery if you change your contact telephone numbers – your home and mobile.

It’s simple – just listen and follow the options given to you.
