An NHS health check is a free checkup on your cardiovascular health and can spot early signs of diabetes, heart disease or stroke.
If you are aged 40-74, do not have an existing cardiovascular condition, and have not had an NHS Health Check in the last 5 years- you could be eligible for a health check with LiveWell Dorset.
