New Triage System – SystmConnect

NEW TRIAGE SYSTEM

From Tuesday 1st October 2025 the surgery is going to use SystmConnect for administration and appointment requests.

SystmConnect links directly to your medical record, making connection with the surgery smoother for everyone.

To use the triage, you have 4 options: –

  1. Website – https://www.villagesurgery.com – then use the contact us online icon.
  2. Use your NHS App which will log you on to the SystmConnect via your mobile.
  3. You can come to the surgery and complete a triage form which will be entered that day for you
  4. You can call the surgery, if you have no access to the internet or no mobile telephone. The staff will take all details and complete a triage for you, and this will be entered that day for you.

A member of the surgery team may send you a reply following the triage doctors review of your request, this will be within 48 hours.

PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH OUR STAFF WHILST THEY GET USE TO THE NEW TRIAGE SYSTEM – THIS IS NEW TO THEM AS WELL.
